Kenny McIntosh ~ Executive & Outreach Pastor
Pastor Kenny "Mac" as he is fondly known by us has lived in Martinsburg for 30 years. He served at the 167th National Guard and has worked full time in the service industry for auto and trucks for many years. He has faithfully served the Lord for the last 9 years at 365 church, being discipled by the pastors since the church's beginning. Pastor Kenny is the wheels that keeps our building running. Whenever there is a building need, you will see him right in the thick of it taking care of it. He and his wife of over 30 years, Holly, have three children and are the blessed grandparents of 3 grandchildren. Pastor Kenny looks forward to many more years serving the family of 365 church.
Matt Francis ~ Senior Pastor
Pastor Matt Francis is a California native who came to West Virginia for an education in Political Science; and to play football at Shepherd University, in Shepherdstown, WV. After graduating with his Bachelors Degree, Pastor Matt did his Masters work in Worship and Leadership Studies at Liberty University, Lynchburg, VA. Pastor Matt has been with 365 Church since it's beginning in February, 2005. That same year he started serving in Worship and Small Group Ministries. In 2006 Pastor Matt became the Youth Leader for 365; and in March of 2007, he became an ordained Pastor. Soon after his ordainment, he took over as Worship Pastor. In December of 2013, Pastor Matt was elected as the Senior Pastor at 365 Church, while still fulfilling his dual calling in leading worship. Pastor Matt has been blessed with his wife Misty of 16 years, and their four kids; Makenzie, Marah, Mattie, and Matthew. Pastor Matt believes in Spirit-led worship; and the undeserved blessings of Gods grace, love, and forgiveness. " Preach the word; be prepared in season and out of season; correct, rebuke and encourage—with great patience and careful instruction." - 2 Timothy 4:2 (NIV)
Kelly Koenig ~ Ministry Coordinator
Kelly Koenig has her Associates Degree in Liberal Arts and Occupational Development through Blue Ridge Community and Technical College. She is actively pursuing a new degree as a Computer Application Specialist. Kelly is serving as the Ministry Coordinator to help assist the leaders of our various ministries. She brings her enthusiasm and motivation to 365 and is always willing to help in any way possible. Kelly lives in Hedgesville with her family.
Misty Francis ~ Church Administrator/Family Ministries Director/Teen Impact Leader
Misty Francis was born and raised in Berkeley County, WV and is proud to still live and work in her hometown community. Misty is a graduate of Shepherd University with a degree in Elementary Education and was employed with Berkeley County Schools as a 5th Grade Teacher for 14 years. Currently Misty is serving full time as our Director of Selah, our Women's Ministry, as well as overseeing our K-12 ministries. She has also recently taken over leadership of Teen Impact. Misty states that "Serving The Lord is the one thing that brings the most joy in her life" and she is so excited to see where God leads her next. Misty is married to Matt, the Pastor of 365 Church, and they have four beautiful children, Makenzie (18), Marah (15), Mattie (11), and Matthew (7).
Dale Higgins~ Pastor of Visitation & Small Groups
Pastor Dale was born and raised in Williamsport, Maryland. He graduated from Williamsport High School in 1976 and Hagerstown Community College in 1977. He and his wife Jacqueline "Jacki" have been married for 9 years and have 4 beautiful grandchildren. They moved to West Virginia in 2010 and they have attended 365 church for 5 years. His leadership is in Visitation and Small Groups as well as leading Ignite, our Men's Ministry. Pastor Dale has a heart for the power of prayer. He is active in many church ministries. Pastor Dale has been serving the Lord for 38 years and is looking forward to devoting many more years of service here at our church.
Kittie Bly ~ Outreach Coordinator
Kittie Bly came to 365 almost 2 years ago when she was invited by a friend to come see what the church was about and has not left since. She feels that she has been called to minister to the men, women, and children caught in the cycles of poverty and hopelessness and is involved in several outreach programs such as the 365 food pantry, monthly meals at the Immanuel House and working with the homeless through various other programs. It is her desire to see their lives transformed by hope, joy, lasting productivity and eternal life through the power of Jesus Christ.
